SeeClickRent watches lease end dates, opens a renewal cycle on its own, and keeps the board, the resident notice, and the agreed terms in one record.
A cycle opens every morning for each lease that enters your renewal window. No one hand-creates a card.
Notice and Discussion are the open columns. Renewed and Move Out close the cycle and leave the board.
Days of notice owed by tenancy length, set per organization or per building. The deadline lands on the card.
Closing records what you agreed. It does not write the new lease back to Rent Manager — you still enter the term there.
Expiring terms are found for you. Every morning at 6:00 AM in your organization's time zone, SeeClickRent reads the occupancy data that already came in from Rent Manager or a CSV and opens a cycle for each lease inside your renewal window.
Two open columns, Notice and Discussion, sorted by the closest end date. Renewals sits in the main navigation between Leases and Calendar.
When a cycle opens, SeeClickRent quotes asking rent from the lease rent at that moment and your target increase. Then it tells you how much interest the unit actually drew.
Each cycle carries a notice obligation: which letter, how many days before the term ends, and the deadline. Send it from SeeClickRent or log the one you already mailed.
Click the address and you get the whole conversation: the term you are renewing, what was quoted, what was sent, and who moved it.
Start discussion first — that is the only stage you can close from. Then record the outcome the two of you landed on.
Renewals reads the occupancy you already send us and shows each role exactly what they should see.
Six steps, and only one of them is a decision you have to make.
Bring your lease data and we will show you the board it produces — which terms are closest, what notice each one owes, and where the retention conversation should start.
