When you opt in, we use your mobile number to send customer-care text messages from your building's leasing team about tours, availability, and applications. These are not marketing blasts. Each leasing company that uses SeeClickRent texts you under its own registered sender name and links its own terms and privacy policy, which govern the messages that company sends. Command and Query LLC provides the platform that delivers them and does not text you on its own behalf.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your data to third parties. However, we may share information under the following conditions:

• Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist in processing and improving our services, including messaging providers such as Twilio who deliver SMS on our behalf. Sharing with a processor so we can send you messages is not sharing for that processor's own marketing.
