Rent Manager is supported today, with property, unit, prospect, and lease data flowing both directions. Other PMS integrations are on the roadmap — if you have a specific request, tell us which one and we'll prioritize it.

Yes. CSV exports for leads, tour feedback, and applications are built in, and full export or deletion is available on request. We never sell customer or applicant data.

No. Prompts and outputs go to OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google AI APIs configured to disable training on customer data. AI features are also opt-in per building, so you can turn them off entirely if your portfolio policy requires.

Yes. Five distinct roles — technical admin, organization admin, account manager, sales agent, and property owner — with policy-enforced boundaries. Assign agents to specific buildings, set up round-robin lead distribution, and give managers oversight across properties.
