By using SeeClickRent, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use SeeClickRent. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
You agree to use SeeClickRent only for lawful purposes. You will not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
All content, trademarks, and software related to SeeClickRent are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our intellectual property without permission.
Our collection and use of your data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using SeeClickRent, you consent to the collection and processing of your data in accordance with our policies.
Leasing teams at participating buildings send customer-care SMS about tours, availability, and applications using SeeClickRent. Each company texts under its own registered sender name and links its own terms and privacy policy; Command and Query LLC provides the platform and does not text you on its own behalf. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help.
You may opt in by (1) entering your mobile number and checking the unchecked-by-default consent box on our SMS opt-in page or on a participating building's tour or lead form, (2) texting the building's leasing number, or (3) agreeing after a leasing agent reads you the disclosure published on the SMS Program page. Texting a building's leasing number lets that building's leasing team reply to you on that conversation. A leasing agent may only start a new text conversation with you after you have given explicit consent through one of the three paths above.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
SeeClickRent is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of SeeClickRent. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of SeeClickRent or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York State. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of New York State.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of SeeClickRent after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
